Using the hydraulic thumb

Here are some tips regarding the use of the hydraulic thumb on your mini excavator.

• Always work in line with your thumb when handling logs or rocks.

• Keep the load centered relative to the hydraulic thumb.

• Be careful not to hit any obstacles with the tip of your thumb, as this creates a large bending moment and can seriously damage the hydraulic thumb (see photo).
