Place the bucket on the ground, far ahead.
Lift part of the shovel using the scraper.
Lift the shovel completely using the bucket in order to clear the tracks from the ground.
2. Voltage adjustment system panel
Remove the two 10mm hex head screws using a wrench or socket to remove the tension adjustment system panel.
3. Locking nut
Loosen or completely remove the locking nut on the adjusting screw using a 1 3/4-inch or 32 mm wrench or a vise grip. It is a standard nut that loosens counterclockwise.

To tension the track: Using a 16 mm wrench or socket, tighten the adjusting screw to tension the clamping mechanism.
To loosen or remove the track: Using a 16 mm wrench or socket, loosen the adjusting screw to release the clamping mechanism.
Practical tip: Apply a film of grease to the adjusting screw to prevent rust formation.
5. Locking nut
Tighten the locking nut to prevent the track from loosening due to vibrations.
7. Voltage adjustment system panel
Replace the panel using the two 10mm hex head screws.
8. Grounding
Place the shovel on the ground in a controlled and safe manner by following the same steps as for lifting it, but in reverse order.
